The 16-track LP follows the German-born producer’s 2013 debut album, There Goes Your Money, as well as his 2017 compilation,The Classics.Simulation flows between Virtual Riot’s early penchants for dubstep, electro-house, and glitch-hop in addition to more contemporary leanings like melodic-dubstep, color-bass, riddim, hyperpop, and mid-tempo. Featured are fellow artists and vocalist such as So Loki, The Kids, Angelika, LeKtriQue, Leah Culver, and FRANK ZUMMO, as well as Danyka Nadeau and Modestep, who convene with the sound design maestro on both “Dreaming” and “This Could Be Us.”Simulation redefines Virtual Riot’s multifaceted sound design and songwriting talents; undertake the journey below.Featured image: Bethany Jeanne PhotographyTags: album, Bass, color bass, Disciple, dubstep, melodic bass, simulation, Virtual Riot
