For the next four weeks, Martin Garrix has marked the calendar with a bi-weekly release schedule for Sentio, with that rollout pattern officially beginning on April 5. After the connection was made that both “Follow” with Zedd and “Limitless” with Mesto shared oddly similar artwork designs after being delivered in back-to-back weeks, the STMPD RCRDS founder confirmed what everyone was thinking and announced that his first-ever album would arrive on April 29. Now, Garrix’s second look into Sentio has landed as he confirms the album is anything but an Aprils Fool’s joke by crossing off ID number three from his Ultra set with “Reboot” alongside label newcomer, Vluarr. While we’ll have to hold on to find out exactly which of the remaining IDs—out of the likely 10 total album cuts—will end up on the Sentio tracklist, STMPD RCRDS had confirmed that the Friday slot will be filled by “Quantum,” which is the formal name for Garrix’s reunion with Brooks. Carrying on Garrix’s longstanding tradition of computer-inspired track titles and debuted at Lollapalooza Chile, “Reboot” is another example of him shining a light on the STMPD RCRDS talent pool, with Vluarr returning for his fourth label cycle—after his Tomorrowland NYE ID debut with Seth Hills in early 2021—to match up with the label boss for a vocal chop-drenched, charged-up collaboration that only adds to the album of the year potential that Sentio continues to stack up release by release. With Zedd, Mesto, Vluarr, and Brooks’ names now attached to Sentio thus far, the remaining list of Garrix IDs include “Good Morning” with Matisse & Sadko, a reunion with Julian Jordan, “Starlight” with DubVision and Shaun Farrugia, the Dutch Waters ID with DubVision, “Find You” with Justin Mylo and Dewain Whitmore, the DallasK ID, the Blinders ID, and Garrix’s confirmed Ultra finale alongside Shaun Farrugia.Featured image: MsMoonLightArtsTags: Martin garrix, sentio, stmpd rcrds, vluarr
