k?d adds drum ‘n’ bass kick to Skrillex’s famed ‘Sicko Mode’ remix

Ever-evolving producer k?d first hit the ground running in 2015 and hasn’t let up since. His newest release is a rework of Skrillex‘s remix of Travis Scott‘s 2018 anthem, “Sicko Mode.”For the past five years, fans have watched k?d grow up in front of their eyes, creating work that spans a multitude of dance music genres. The 23-year-old’s production ranges from future bass to house to complextro to his current sub-genre of choice, drum ‘n’ bass. Gaining more and more traction with every new release, it certainly seems like the young buck can do it all. k?d’s revamp of Skrillex’s “Sicko Mode” takes flight about one minute into the original song, beginning with an even more altered robotic induction. Quickly bolting to the build up, the track splits into a jaw-dropping thunder of drum ‘n’ bass. With k?d’s more recent sets becoming progressively more hardstyle-centric, this newest release will be well-received by his supporters, to say the least. Buckle up and stream the remix below.Featured image: @eddiethewanderer/InstagramTags: , , , , , ,
