Good Morning Mix: Martin Garrix braces for Tomorrowland’s virtual New Year’s Event with ‘Friendship Mix’

Martin Garrix‘s inclusion on the lineup for Tomorrowland’s virtual New Year’s Eve event should be enough to warrant a ticket purchase, based purely on his digital closing performance at Tomorrowland Around the World. The STMPD RCRDS originator has remained relatively quiet on the musical front in the time since the July event, but Garrix is getting back behind the decks to ready fans for his must-see end-of-year performance with a “Friendship Mix” for Tomorrowland’s One World Radio. While Garrix isn’t letting any of his potential forthcoming releases out of the bag just yet, the one-hour guest advent is definitely sufficient to tide us over—on top of a scheduled Djakarta Warehouse Project virtual set—until the end of the year. Banding together some of his most-famed outings, including “Spotless” with Jay Hardway and “Mistaken” with Matisse & Sadko, alongside fresh STMPD RCRDS deliveries from earlier in the year, Martin Garrix gives a front-row masterclass as to why his live sets, sans the incomparable ANIMA production, are among dance music’s greatest bar none.Featured image: Tomorrowland Around the WorldTags: , , , , ,
