On October 22, 2020, SLANDER announced Heaven Sent, a sanctuary for “emotional music sent from above.” In the time since its fall installation, the label has lived up to this expectation, catering to the more emotive side of dance music via “Hurts Sometimes,” the Fairlane and Jonathan Mendelsohn-assisted Heaven Sent opener, and its successor, Au5‘s “The Way To Infinity.”Now, SLANDER and Au5 are jointly extending this early tradition with their shYbeast and PLYA feature, “Anywhere.” Doubling as Heaven Sent’s third all-time release, the anthemic dance ballad first surfaced in Derek Andersen and Scott Land’s Road to Ultra Taiwan set on November 14, 2020. The goosebump-inducing number also notches SLANDER’s first collaboration with Au5, and judging by the electronic music community’s impassioned embrace of “Anywhere,” it won’t be their last.Featured image: Stefan BrendingTags: Anywhere, au5, PLYA, shYbeast, Slander, ultra taiwan
