Bear Grillz and Adventure Club are two of EDM’s most versatile names, with both acts boasting an arsenal of melodic yet bone-crushing heavy bass cuts. Adventure Club have already had a stellar year, releasing a BTS remix and three singles from their forthcoming album. Bear Grillz has not been holding back either, with two EPs and a handful of singles under his 2020 belt. Now, the two are teaming up with popular vocalist JT Roach, who has worked with SLANDER and Said The Sky, among others, for anther melodic outing. “Where We Are,” released via Steve Aoki‘s Dim Mak Records, sees JT Roach’s silky vocals float over emotive production from Bear Grillz and Adventure Club. The drops see Roach’s vocals pitched and chopped into an entrancing melody over fuzzy future bass inspired chords. It’s not often three artists of this caliber team up, but when it happens, the result is usually something special, and “Where We Are” certainly fits the bill.
