After providing the platform for Other Side in July, IN/ROTATION is propelling yet another Truth x Lies release to digital streaming platforms. The New York-based pair, memorable for their 2017 victory in Insomniac‘s Discovery Project, can now be found providing further fodder for an underground festival tent with “The Drip.” The cheeky cut, led by the lyrical advisory “respect the drip,” comes part in parcel with a bassline that channels Claptone in its sound, as followers of the self-proclaimed “fantast” are likely to note. The bassline adds a bold quiver to the club-primed production, which constitutes a must-listen for any underground enthusiast, particularly those who are currently unacquainted with Truth x Lies’ intoxicating brand of tech house. “The Drip” is a two-fold release that presents with both a standard and extended edit, providing a sonic rabbit hole for streamers to venture down.
