REZZ and PVRIS are conforming their supernatural sounds in their new collaboration, “Supernatural.” The crossover melds rock and electronic elements, with the Canadian DJ positioning her trembling mid-tempo flairs beneath Lynn Gunn’s mesmeric vocals.Notably, “Supernatural” is REZZ’s first single of 2021, and heeds the Toronto DJ’s signature dimension-expanding production to the tune of the rock band PVRIS’ ethereal sung contributions. The surprise collaboration follows REZZ’s remix of Grimes and i_o’s “Violence,” released as part of the Grimes’s Miss Anthropocene (Rave Edition) remix album, as well as her recent track “Orbit,” which featured an animated 3D visual.
