Gorgon City‘s headline show at Red Rocks Amphitheater is officially upon us. On the evening of April 14, Gorgon City, Damian Lazarus, and Leia Contois will perform their brand new single, “Start Over,” live before the crowd in Morrison, Colorado. With the official release taking place on April 15 just after the show, the trio of producers gave Dancing Astronaut an early listen to the new single. Releasing on Damian Lazarus’s Crosstown Rebels imprint, “Start Over” is a tribal house single, featuring an energetic bassline that anchors a surefire club-ready hit. A marquee release for Crosstown Rebels, “Start Over” encapsulates the chemistry between each artist through an expressive, emotive melody, marking a complementary, synergetic first collaboration between Gorgon City and Damian Lazarus. Both “Start Over” collaborators explained how it all permeated out of Gorgon City’s 2016 rework of “Sacred Dance of the Demon,” with Lazarus gushing,A collaboration years in the making, audiences can hear Gorgon City and Damian Lazarus’ new single “Start Over” a day early, exclusively on Dancing Astronaut.
