Pixel Terror and NAZAAR hold nothing back in monstrous new bass cut, ‘Imperial’

Pixel Terror and NAZAAR are two of bass music’s most exciting acts, and now, the eight-bit bass heads have teamed up with the Carnage-supported beast from the East for an unforgettable bone-crushing bass number, “Imperial.”“Imperial” is the latest of many prominent Pixel Terror hits this year, following their Monstercat release of a remix of Darude‘s Sandstorm, and their iconic debut EP, Upgrade. NAZAAR has been a force to be reckoned with in 2020 as well, releasing two singles, “Switchback” and “Frequency Simulation” with Never Say Die: Black Label, not to mention his monstrous collaboration with Soltan, “Walls Cave In.” “Imperial” flawlessly intertwines both Pixel Terror’s and NAZAAR’s signature sound design expertise. Released via Bassrush Records, the track opens with ominous pads backed with a bright arpeggiator that leads into a beefy buildup. The breaks feature bright, animated bass shots tailored for the most aggressive of head banging and mosh pits. “Imperial” is set to cause massive damage in the club circuit pending its return.
