Mark Knight back in the US for two headline shows

Mark Knight returns to the US this month for two West Coast shows that play to his strengths: tight rooms, serious sound, and crowds that lean all the way in.

Audio in San Francisco is built around its custom Funktion-One system and line-of-sight intimacy, the kind of space where Mark’s sets tend to breathe. EQ in San Diego offers a similar setup with a clean layout and a focus on detail that has quickly made it one of the city’s more reliable late-night rooms.

This run lands off the back of a solid stretch of releases. Get Deep and Televised with Roland Clark showed how easily he still locks into that classic spoken-vocal feel while keeping things lean and modern. Fighting Love pushed things toward a warmer, rolling groove and has sat comfortably in his recent sets. Alongside Toolroom, he continues to build Fool’s Paradise, the label he runs with Danny Howard, which has carved out a slightly looser, more soulful lane around house and garage-influenced material.

“The US has become one of the most exciting places for me to play,” Mark says. “Crowds here are tuned in. They want energy, but they also want personality in the music. That balance pushes me creatively every time I’m out here.”

Toolroom itself remains in full stride. It was named Beatport’s biggest selling label for the third year running, Toolroom Radio reaches more than 16 million listeners each week, and the Academy keeps shaping up-and-coming producers. Mark’s own profile stays just as present. He picked up the EDMA Icon Award in 2024 and remains one of Beatport’s biggest selling artists of all time.

Mark plays Audio in San Francisco on 21 November and EQ in San Diego on 22 November.
