Le Youth delivers lead single from debut LP—stream ‘Lighthouse’

The rollout of Le Youth‘s debut album has officially commenced; Reminders’ first album single “Lighthouse” has landed via Lane 8‘s dominant This Never Happened imprint. Last month, the Los Angeles-based producer, born Wes James, took to social media to announce his freshman LP’s expected release date, aiming for a target of May 27.It’s been a decade since Le Youth first broke onto the global dance scene with “C O O L,” showcasing his knack for R&B sampling by pulling vocals from Cassie’s 2006 hit “Me & U.” After 10 years of building his catalog, delivering an array of singles, EPs, and highly-esteemed official remixes, James is now taking his artist project to the next level.
