Jason Ross rounds out ‘ATLAS’ preview trifecta on ‘Ghost Town’ with David Frank

It’s been a full month of new Jason Ross music and before ATLAS lands in completion on August 5, one last look into his sophomore album needed to be given. And that trifecta-clinching preview from his looming Ophelia Records project—which had been revealed two weeks prior in tandem with “Take You Home”—comes in the form of yet another ID that we had the fortune of finding out about through his circuitGROUNDS closing set at EDC Las Vegas. Following “Hate This Kind Of Love” with HOLT and his MitiS and Dia Frampton-backed second single, “Ghost Town” with David Frank completes a three-sided preview perspective on what to expect from Jason Ross come August. As if any more justification was needed at this point, “Ghost Town” is a third consecutive case from ATLAS alone that Jason Ross remains a step above when it comes to remaining tonic with his brand of melodic bass, which plays side-by-side with Frank’s cheering vocal spirit. And while we don’t exactly have any insight at the moment as to the number of ATLAS tracks we’ll be introduced to on our reigning label of the year next month, we do know that it’ll have a pair of meetings with Dancing Astronaut Supernovas, including “Burning Sky” with HALIENE plus a recently debuted follow-up with Chandler Leighton at Red Rocks.Featured image: Colin PatrickTags: , , ,
