Now, Rinzen is capitalizing on his momentum by landing on mau5trap‘s newest compilation we are friends vol. 10. “90s Child” is a powerful melodic house offering that showcases Rinzen’s production strengths, namely his layering aptitude. The track is constructed above a full-bodied groove, allowing atmospheric elements and vocals to command attention before a surging synth takes center stage. Rinzen released a majority of his early music on mau5trap, but “90s Child” marks his first release on the label since his 2019 remix of deadmau5‘ “acedia (ov).” we are friends vol. 10 lands in full via mau5trap on February 12, 2021.
