Afrojack has joined forces with Kazakh wunderkind DJ Imanbek to deliver a catchy new single, “Hey Baby” featuring Gia Koka. Imanbek catapulted quickly into fame after releasing a remix of SAINt JHN‘s “Roses” that went platinum globally. Now Imanbek is teaming up with the veteran Dutch producer, allowing both producers’ club-ready, infectiously catchy production styles to complement one another in a way that has serious airplay implications, both on pop and electronic airwaves.“Hey Baby” opens with crossover notes and Koka’s punchy vocals that fall into a brief build before the single drops with Imanbek’s signature pulsing house notes that he has become known for. “Hey Baby” is high-octane dance floor fuel, and lands as a worthy continuation of the string of releases Afrojack has put out over 2020. Afrojack has delivered multiple singles over 2020 with Chico Rose, and this new single with Imanbek begs the question of whether we can expect multiple collaborative efforts from this duo as well.
