At long last, the SLANDER album is coming. After setting “Walk On Water” with RØRY and Dylan Matthew free following a two-plus year wait back in April, the duo have drawn the curtain back on THRIVE, which is set to land on September 22. And SLANDER have paired the announce with their album second single “Halfway Down” with Ashley Drake, which comes just ahead of back-to-back evenings at Long Beach Arena.With Ashley Drake’s raspy, emotional vocals paired with perfectly enmeshed production, “Halfway Down” showcases SLANDER’s vast melodic bass range for a subtle yet explosive entity. And SLANDER’s newest THRIVE single—as well as “Walk On Water”—can be heard in person when they head to Southern California on July 15 and 16, with support from FUNTCASE, Au5, NERO, 1991, and REDLINE on respective dates.
