Sorley ends the wait for violin-doused ID on Catch & Release, ‘Strung Up’

Dating all the way back to Chris Lake and FISHER‘s Denver edition of Under Construction, there’d been a single ID that caught just about everyone’s attention, and for good reason. And after becoming a tracklist staple for names like FISHER and John Summit in the time since, Sorley was quick to confirm that it belonged to him. Just shy of eight months after its debut, Sorley is finally ready to deliver “the one you’ve all been waiting for,” fittingly taking to FISHER’s Catch & Release to let “Strung Up” loose. With just one listen, “Strung Up” has all the makings to be the tech-house bomb that puts the impending festival season in a collective chokehold. Flawlessly named and doused with a flurry of violin strings, “Strung Up” comes served on a tech-house silver platter with an undeniably inventive heart that fully justifies all the excitement it built throughout the previous year, with Sorley going on to add that “it’s the first time [he’s] ever had a track have this much hype.” Stream “Strung Up” below and find out for yourself.Featured image: Sorley/InstagramTags: ,
