One could almost say that DubVision joining Rave Culture comes as somewhat of a surprise, but the Dutch brothers aren’t strangers to the bigroom and electro-slanting lane of house music by any stretch of the imagination. Shifting gears from their recurring rounds through STMPD RCRDS, DubVision have been recruited by a fellow legendary Dutch duo in W&W for the delivery of “No More,” marking a walloping tenth appearance in 2021 alone (not counting their elusive “Lifetime” bootleg).DubVision had already tried their hand at Future Rave once before on an out-of-the-blue reimagining of David Guetta and Afrojack “Hero,” and this time around, they decided to further expand on that by masterfully injecting their own spin on the new-age sound into a full-blown original. While more of DubVision’s textbook progressive house is confirmed to be en route, it’s more than refreshing to see Victor and Stephan Leicher continue to keep everyone on their toes with their releases, considering each of their ten tracks this year can be labeled under a distinguishable sound of its own. “No More” arrives as the polar opposite of what’s needed from DubVision as they continue to uphold their standing as one of dance music’s most consistent outfits.Featured image: Milan VrzalTags: DubVision, rave culture
