AMIDY joins Heaven Sent to lead soon-to-come EP on ‘Where My Heart Goes’ with KARRA

Heaven Sent‘s newest protégé AMIDY has officially dispatched the first single from his forthcoming EP. An ethereal duet between himself and one of dance music’s most renowned singer-songwriters in KARRA, “Where My Heart Goes” is feel-good melodic bass at its finest and had been in the pipeline for some time. The original arrives on the heels of AMIDY’s Seven Lions and Wooli collaboration, “Shadows,” for which there now exists his acoustic version as well.Founded by SLANDER in 2020, Heaven Sent is an ideal fit for AMIDY. “Where My Heart Goes” fluidly aligns with the novel imprint’s sound, defined by its pop-influenced verses and euphoric synth drops. KARRA, whose resume includes notable collaborations with KSHMR and Armin van Buuren, delivers a breathtaking topline on the flagship track alongside AMIDY, who had already flashed his vocal prowess on the forenamed Ophelia Records outing. SLANDER, Fairlane, and Jonathan Mendelsohn inaugurated Heavent Sent with their melodic anthem, “Hurt Sometimes,” in October 2020, and in the time since, Heaven Sent has only continued to up the ante as seen yet again by its initiation of AMIDY.Stream “Where My Heart Goes” below.Featured image: Matt ParentiTags: , , , , ,
