Solid Grooves just hit the triple digits. Yep, the London-born, now globally-loved label just dropped its 100th release—and they didn’t hold back. Summer Sampler 2025 is out now and packed with 10 brand-new heaters from some of the imprint’s most iconic names.

Michael Bibi and PAWSA, the two who started it all back in 2015, are back on the label for the first time since 2023. Their return alone is worth a listen, but this VA’s stacked top to bottom. You’ve got Dennis Cruz, Blackchild, KinAhau, Ben Sterling, Bassel Darwish, Reelow, Ramin Rezaie, and Silvie Loto all contributing to the mix.
And yeah, it’s solid.
This release also marks a full decade of Grooves. What started as a London underground movement is now one of the most influential names in house music, racking up nods like DJ Mag’s ‘Best Label’ and dropping countless dancefloor staples along the way. That rise? Definitely no accident. It’s built on Bibi and PAWSA’s no-compromise vision—and a lineup of artists who keep pushing the sound forward.
That’s exactly what this drop delivers. Each track feels tied to the label’s roots—punchy, driving, raw—but there’s this clear nod to where things are headed next. Bibi’s “Lil Freaky” and PAWSA’s “Rendezvous” are prime examples: familiar in vibe, but fresh in execution. You’ll also catch Dennis Cruz linking with Pumpkin on the hypnotic “Monochrome,” and Ben Sterling going in on “Automatic X-Files.”
There’s love for the newer wave too. KinAhau, Silvie Loto, and Blackchild all show out, holding it down next to the veterans. And with the Ibiza season around the corner—including the 4th Solid Grooves run at DC10 featuring debuts from Bonobo, Apollonia, MAZ, and more—it’s clear this crew isn’t slowing down.
decade in, and Solid Grooves still sounds just as hungry. The compilation’s available nowso go stream it, buy it, rinse it. Whatever you do, just don’t miss it.
