Lin-Manuel Miranda On ‘Hamilton’ Backlash, Walter Mercado, Throwing Up The ROC & Busta Rhymes

Lin-Manuel Miranda joined Ebro in the Morning to speak about the release of Hamilton of Disney +, some of the backlash over the depiction of Alexander Hamilton, meeting Walter Mercado before his passing, and his involvement with the new documentary.

He also tells funny and great stories about a time he threw up the ROC sign after a show to impress some of his idols in the audience, and getting the support of Busta Rhymes early in his career.
