Lexer shares lead ‘The First Last Day’ single with Audrey Janssens on This Never Happened

Emerging melodic house phenom Lexer is the next in line to deliver an album on This Never Happened in 2022. Two years after his first label appearance with Gemini Bridges / Room 4242, Lexer’s first look into The First Last Day comes in the form of “Paradise” with Audrey Janssens before his debut LP makes its worldwide dispersal on October 28 via Lane 8‘s imprint. Kicking off with Janssens’ unwavering vocals, “Paradise” immediately dives into an atmospheric portal that transports listeners into a new timeline, which is something that This Never Happened signees have continued to convey across the board. The 11-track album had been two years in the making, wtih Lexer explaining that it’s centered around the balance of everyday life struggles and the abundance of nature that he honed into over the past few years. In an Instagram post shared to This Never Happened, Lexer added to the album’s meaning, stating,Stream “Paradise” below and get ready to sink into the world of The First Last Day on October 28.
