HI-LO and Italian techno maestro T78 stand behind “HADES,” a brimming addition to New Music Friday playlists that sees Oliver Heldens don his alias to bring high-club energy straight to your speakers. Released via Reinier Zonneveld‘s Filth On Acid imprint, “HADES” trails HI-LO’s Greek mythology-themed “Saw of Olympus,” “Athena,” and “Kronos,” and “Zeus.” In fortuitous news for HI-LO fans, “HADES” emerges as the first inclusion of a two-piece EP that HI-LO will issue later in March. At present, the outstanding piece of that puzzle is a collaboration with Will Clarke, “Check.” On his T78 matchup, however, HI-LO dispenses a relentless barrage of acid synths, emphatic kick drums, and bouncy basslines in a cacophony that would command any underground club space.Featured image: Alive CoverageTags: Filth on Acid VOF, hades, hi-lo, oliver heldens, t78
