Governors Ball, the annual musical festival held on Randall’s Island in New York City, has announced a live stream festival in lieu of their regularly scheduled 2020 event. “The Sun Still Sets” will stream on Sunday, May 24, beginning at 6:30 p.m. EST / 3:30 p.m. PST on the festival’s YouTube channel.
The set list is a bit shorter than some of the recent live streamed festivals, but the Governors Ball team didn’t compromise on quality one bit. The virtual line up features the likes of RÜFÜS DU SOL behind the decks for a DJ set, Bob Moses with a club set, the always-incomparable Sofi Tukker fresh off their new single, and DJ Snoopadelic, better known by most as Snoop Dogg. At the time of publication, set times have yet to be announced.
