A month after announcing her upcoming album, As The Pendulum Swings, Rezz is back with another single for the album in “Glass Veins.” Alongside New Orleans-based producer CABLE, this track gives listeners a taste of the deeper and darker side of the album. With the track also comes the tracklisting for her album, which will stand at 13 tracks with “Glass Veins” coming at number five.
“Glass Veins” on the slower side of Rezz’s midtempo style but is driven by a deep kick drum and a menacing bassline. Industrial by nature, this one carries a sort of crisp distortion. As the tension builds the tracks layers build but overall remains super minimal. The fourth single off Rezz’s upcoming album is another gift that’ll hold us over until September 12th.
