CRSSD Festival is officially locked and loaded for its Fall 2025 edition and it might be one of its strongest lineups to date. Returning September 27–28 to its iconic home at Waterfront Park in San Diego, CRSSD continues its 10-year anniversary celebration with a genre-defying roster that spans everything from euphoric live electronica to raw, underground techno.
Headlining the Ocean View stage is a rare festival appearance from Empire of the Sun, whose cinematic live show is tailor-made for the waterfront sunset slot. They’ll be joined by CRSSD alum John Summit, who’s fresh off a career-defining global run, plus a live set from Ben Böhmer, Caribou, Maribou State, and the return of DARKSIDE, bringing their hypnotic fusion of analog experimentation and atmospheric storytelling to the stage.
Elsewhere on the bill, indie-electronic favorites Elderbrook, Midnight Generation, Mindchatter, and rising newcomers Fcukers round out a melodic-forward main stage that keeps vibes high from start to finish.
Over at The Palms, house heads are in for a treat. The stage will feature a slick back-to-back from Jamie Jones and Adam Ten, plus sets from Claude VonStroke, Dombresky, Purple Disco Machine, Cassian, Chris Stussy, Cloonee, Max Styler, and Brazilian groove machine Beltran. Expect an all-day workout of high-energy grooves, cheeky edits, and summertime flair.
As always, City Steps is where CRSSD’s techno backbone comes alive. Boys Noize returns to the States, joined by post-techno disruptors Brutalismus 3000, Eli Brown, DJ Gigola B2B MCR-T, and rising Turkish star OGUZ. Other must-sees include Blawan (making a rare U.S. appearance), KETBOI69 (aka Kettama B2B Partiboi69), and Japan’s genre-smashing selector ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U.
With a lineup that celebrates both left-field sounds and peak-time energy, CRSSD Fall 2025 proves why this boutique festival continues to be one of the most anticipated events on the West Coast calendar.
