The title of Kill Script’s two-track techno EP, The Vision, offers a a look at the producer’s journey ahead, featuring heavy handed percussion arrangements, distinct acid-techno basslines, and dark, cooling atmospheric melodies across a tight eight-minute package.The leading track of the short, sweet extended play, “The Truth,” sets the tone for the two track project, prepping the listener with a barrage of futuristic, layered synthwork and crisp kick drums. The tail end of the EP, “We All Fall” drives heady trance-inspired influence, wrapping up the pair of tunes on a tantalizing note that begs for more. Though, The Vision is Kill Script’s second EP of the year following March’s Disruption with Sam Wolfe, signaling to additional short drops ahead this year.
