Posthumous Juice WRLD single, ‘Life’s A Mess,’ precedes forthcoming LP

Posthumous Juice WRLD music has been the stuff of rumors and even a number of releases in the months that have followed the late rapper’s death in December 2019. The artist’s first posthumous album, Legends Never Die, is slated to arrive on July 10, and is preceded by a Halsey feature titled “Life’s A Mess.”

The release is a calming yet evocative narrative. Set atop a subtle production backdrop, Juice WRLD’s singing serves as the focal point of the single in the first two and a half minutes. Halsey’s vocals faintly echo during the chorus of the song, and she later leads the track’s conclusion, where her vocals subsume the last 40 seconds of the song. “Life’s A Mess” is out now Grade A Productions.
