Future and Young Thug Unite at ‘Summer Sixteen Tour’

Meet Young Thug, the peacemaker.

After finding some common ground with his ex-rival The Game, Thugger has reconciled with another former foe, Future. On Thursday (Aug. 4), while Drake ignited his feud with Hot 97, Hendrix and Thugger showed their newfound friendship.

During his set, Future surprised the Madison Square Garden crowd in New York by bringing Thug out to perform “Best Friend.”

The two have come a long way in their relationship, which has been less-than-friendly in the past. In November, for example, Thug called Future out. “I’m Michael,” he said. “He’s Tito.” Then, more recently in February, the two reignited their feud with a Twitter war of words. Now, it looks like things have gone from negative to positive.

Tonight, Future and Drake return to Madison Square Garden for the second of their four-night run.
