BACK TO YOURS: ADANA TWINS

By NorbertReilly

In our Apple Music playlist series, some of our favourite DJs guide us through a selection of their ultimate afterparty tunes. This week’s selectors are the Adana Twins!

Renowned for their extended sets including a whopping nine hours at Watergate earlier this year. It’s clear that the Adana Twins know their tunes.

Check out their selection and stream the playlist below.

Fat Freddy’s Drop – Flashback (Jazzanova’s Breathe Easy Remix)

This is such a nice track to start the next After Hours!

Lapsley – Operator (DJ Koze’s 12 inch Extended Disco Version)

Koze at his best. This one brings a smile to everyone’s face. Love mode in full effect.†

Mikey V – Illusions (Bas Ibellini Remix)

Full Body Workout.

Chaim – Sun Tease

We are big fans of Chaim and his productions and this tune is definitely one of his strongest. Good Vibes overall†and the perfect sunrise†tune.†

Rodriguez Jr. – Capitelle

Dettmann & Wiedemann – Spiritoso (Club Version)

This one is already a bit older and has been a fixed part of our After Hours’ sets for a long time. It has such an amazing vibe!

Awanto 3 – Star Butchers (Darling Edit)

We played this little beauty at an After Hours party, when the sun was rising.†

Desai Moore – The Lake (Finn Pilly Edit)

One of our best friends, Finnebassen, delivered this absolute masterpiece and it always gives us goosebumps.†Imagine this one at a pool in Ibiza, chilling with friends while the sun†Comes up. PffffÖÖwe have to turn the music on now.

Laurent Garnier – The Man With The Red Face

This was one of the first tracks I ever heard at an After Hour. I think I was around 16 years old. It’s still mind blowing!

West & Hill – Nadar

We played this one at 8:30am at Watergate and the whole floor was freaking out. Such a nice dreamy and melancholic†tune that creates pure magic if you play it at the right moment.†

John Tejada – Sweat (On The Walls)

This is a timeless classic that bring a new wave of energy to every After Hour.

Bambook – Tow The Line ft. Name One

This is one of our favorite Bambook tunes ever. It’s groovy and the typical Bambook vibe combined with the beautiful voice of Name One.†Just perfect.†

Ruede Hagelstein – Fetzo

We are really into Ruede’s productions right now. Last time we played at Watergate, it was an After Hour set back2back with him at the Waterfloor and he dropped this new tune. It’s a†really great one!†

Absolute Beginner – Liebes Lied

Absolute Beginner is a legendary rap group from our Hometown of Hamburg. We played this one as our final track when we played 7 hours b2b†with Solomun at Tox Destino in Ibiza†last summer. It was the perfect ending to the night and all our Hamburg friends left the place with a big smiles on their faces. 🙂

Plus Instruments – Love Is Enough (Richard Sen Remix)
